pakit2ools is a growing collection of free, practical tools for people who serve: global workers, missionaries, pastors, counselors, and the teams and organizations they belong to.

The name is a play on words of the author’s last name, Pak, which is pronounced “pock,” like in pocket.

What you will find here

Each tool is built to be useful in a few minutes, drawing on experience in cross-cultural ministry, member care and counseling. Over time the collection will grow to include cross-cultural teamwork, member care, discipleship and Christian counseling, and organizational health.

What you can expect

• Free and private. No sign-up, no ads, and the tools never send what you enter anywhere.
• Honest about sources. Every tool says where its information came from and where it falls short.
• Support, not substitute. Tools about counseling or personal growth are meant to prompt reflection and conversation. They do not replace professional care, pastoral relationships, or the church.

Why this exists

This work is a calling, and serving people well starts with listening well. These tools are offered as a gift, in that spirit, for the people who give so much to serve others.
